All prices shown are for pick up. Delivery to the Southeastern PA and Central/Northern NJ areas can be arranged at additional cost; through an outside delivery service.
Not all items are in all stores. Additionally, many items shown are closeouts and discontinued purchases and as such, have limited availability. Shop early for the best selection, but when they're gone .... they're gone!
Return Policy
Merchandise received in good condition is not returnable or cancelable; no refunds will be given. Any merchandise sold “as-is” or “display models” are not returnable and are not covered by Manufacturer warranties or the return policy below.
If an item arrives damaged or defective on delivery or after pick up, the Store Manager must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. Arrangements will be made to repair the damage by a qualified furniture repair technician and will be done in your home. We reserve the right to repair or replace your furniture as deemed necessary and solely at Unclaimed Freight’s discretion.
Unclaimed Freight does not warrant the workmanship or materials of any merchandise beyond that offered by the Manufacturer, that will be provided in writing and attached to your merchandise. All warranty claims will be between the Manufacturer and the Consumer and will be subject to the Manufacturer’s policies and procedures.
Merchandise that does not fit into a Customer’s home is subject to a 20% restocking fee and if delivered, redelivery charges. No refunds will be given on merchandise that does not fit.
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of the date of purchase for a full refund in the manner in which the deposits were given (cash refunds greater than $100 will be via a corporate check, mailed within 10-14 days). After 48 hours, a cancellation fee equal to $35 will be retained by Unclaimed Freight to restock the merchandise
